On the Arrival of the Month of Ramaḍān

In ḥadīth studies, there are narrations which are referred to as the Isrā’īlīyyāt [narrations from historical sources]. These are a body of narratives originating from Jewish and Christian traditions; and are found mainly in the works of Qur’ānic commentaries and history compilations.
