Holidays: Make Your Time Count!

It has been reported that once the Prophet (ﷺ) delivered a sermon and said: “O, people! You are going through a period of calmness [time of comfort]. However, you are moving swiftly ahead. Do you not see the night and day are making every new thing old, every distant thing near and bringing along everything that has been promised? You should therefore prepare to exert yourselves for the racecourse (plains of resurrection) that is still far off.”
