Canada Day: Gratitude & Responsibility

As Canada Day approaches, many people around us will celebrate the blessings and opportunities this country offers. As Muslims, we view such occasions through the lens of the Qur’ān and the sunnah. We neither imitate practices that contradict our dīn nor do we ignore the blessings that Allāh has bestowed upon us.
